Executed in red-figure, the body is decorated with a scene showing a naked youth seated on a rock which is covered in drapery, he holds a leaf-shaped fan in his right hand, his extended arm bent at the elbow and index finger pointing towards a woman who stands before him. She is dressed in a long peplos with her himation draped over her left arm, her left hand holds a box, her right a tambourine. Her curled hair tied in a bun at the back of her head. Palmettes and rosettes decorate the field, a large abstract palmette on the reverse below the pouring handle. Two carrying handles either side. A band of laurel leaves around the neck and tongues on the lip. Recomposed from fragments with two large lacunae made up on the reverse, the foot reattached. The slip and most of the added white worn.
