The wide, shallow dish is covered in a black glaze with a metallic sheen, save for the reserved raised band around the uppermost edge of the rim. The walls slope in towards a circular depression at the centre, and have an overhanging rim. The raised foot has a partially reserved resting surface. The surface showing evident spiral lines from the potting process. Recomposed from three pieces, one lacuna made up with a small area of restoration.
