The body has deep vertical ribs and gently tapers towards the recessed base. Two vertical loop handles sit at the edge of the domed shoulder, the narrow neck has a down-turned lip, the lower section of the body and the base are reserved revealing the pale clay, the upper part seems to have been dipped into the glaze. A few losses to the glaze and minor chipping to the lip.
