Note: This is 1 of a Pair of Kaplis' by the Niobid Painter: the companion is in the Princeton University Art Museum. with the same three figures in different order. (Princeton mus. inv. no. y1933-42
Elegantly potted, finely painted. Repaired from large fragments, minimal restoration with some details missing on central figure, especially the wings. Missing paint (red) not repainted, in the old museum-style manner. The painted figures are almost entirely complete.
