This figure of a young woman is moulded with a degree of stoicism in the stance, and great naturalism in the folds of the drapery. She is shown wearing a chiton with himation wrapped around her body and arms. Her left hand is on her hip, the right held underneath the drapery and across her body. Her hair is in a low chignon at the nape of her neck, a garland of vine leaves about her head. There are traces of polychrome pink and blue on a white slip ground. One leaf missing from the garland, the surface with some incrustation and dendritic staining.
