Free-blown in transparent pale blue glass, with three deep cobalt blue glass blobs added to decorate the body. The flared rim sharply cut off and slightly uneven, a band of wheel-cut lines under the rim, and three closely spaced wheel cut bands at the top of the conical body, which tapers to a rounded point. Intact, the surface with a thin rainbow-like iridescence.
