Free blown clear glass, of tall slender form, a slight constriction at the neck and a short flared rim and cracked off lip, a circular, flattened foot. Decorated with bands of wheel-cut lines. Pearlesence to the interior and some pale iridescence to the exterior. Chips to the lip otherwise intact.
